4 week Sleep Program
This program includes:
> A comprehensive sleep assessment through a review of your intake form and a 90 minute virtual consultation to develop your sleep plan together.
> You will receive a fully individualized sleep plan that addresses your unique sleep struggles and your wishes and goals.
> 30 minute weekly Zoom calls with a follow up written summary.
> 4 weeks of email and text support beginning the day you start your plan.
Please note: your consultation will need to be booked for at least a week in the future to ensure you are able to fill in the Daily Sleep Log in the Intake Form with a week of data.
2 week package
*Please be aware if your sleep issues are chronic, the 4-week package will be better suited to your needs.
