Join us for an online Little Big Dreamers Sleep Club.

This is for you if:

  • Your baby is between 6 and 12 months old.
  • Your baby won’t sleep longer than a few consecutive hours overnight.
  • Your baby won’t nap more than one sleep cycle (30-40mins).
  • Your baby needs rocking, patting, nursing or bottle feeding to get to sleep and return to sleep overnight.
  • Your baby wakes up incredibly early in the morning.
  • Your baby is happier with more sleep, but just isn’t getting it.
  • You want a more predictable and consistent routine and sleep schedule for you and your baby.
  • You want to remove unsafe sleep habits like rockers, dock a tots,  car seats and holding your baby for entire sleep periods.

 

You will receive:

Three weeks of support through a Facebook group with other sleep club participants.

Week one:

Preparing for sleep training, sleep schedules and developing your sleep plan.

Information provided by interactive Facebook Lives, informational posts and questions asked by participants.

Week two and three:

Implementing your sleep plan.

Daily check-ins of the Facebook group to provide support by sleep consultant Mylee Zschech, Facebook Lives to ask any questions in real time, group support provided by the other sleep club participants.

A chance to win one free 1:1 sleep consultation with a written sleep plan by sleep consultant Mylee Zschech that you can implement during the sleep club.
