7 day sleep challenge

As mom’s we often don’t think so much about our needs and ourselves but instead we focus on our kids. It is just part of being a loving and caring mom. I am starting this 7 day sleep challenge so that we can focus on OUR sleep. Even if your baby isn’t sleeping straight through the night yet, there are still things we can do to make sure we get as much rest as possible and wake up feeling as well rested as possible. Being a mom means we don’t get enough time for ourselves and generally don’t put our need first.  Sleep is so important for our health and wellbeing and we need to make sure we are getting enough.  We are constantly on the go trying to meet all our families needs: meals, house work, laundry and the day to day care of our kids.  What happens when we don’t get the sleep we need?  We struggle to be the amazing Moms we are.  Basically we Mom better when we get enough sleep.  That is why you should join this amazing 7 day sleep challenge.

    I really need to do this because sleep is near impossible now. I have pregnancy insomnia and it’s killing me in the mornings!!
